1. Product Usage

• 1.1. Our products are intended solely for personal use. You agree not to distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or modify our products without explicit written consent from us.
• 1.2. Use of our products for illegal or fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

2. Lifetime License

• 2.1. Any references to “lifetime” in our products or services refer to the lifetime of the product or service, as determined by us. This may include discontinuation at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• 2.2. You understand and agree that the lifetime of the product is not equivalent to your lifetime or the lifetime of your device.

3. Refund Policy

• 3.1. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
• 3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your hardware and software before purchasing.

4. License Key Responsibility

• 4.1. You are solely responsible for securing and maintaining your license key.
• 4.2. Lost, stolen, or compromised keys will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: XanaxVM Services are subscription-based. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each service period unless you cancel.
• Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 business days of purchase if the software does not work on first use. Refunds will not be granted if the software has worked once or if purchased through third-party channels. Refunds are processed within 10 business days, using the original payment method.
• Chargebacks: In the case of a chargeback, you agree to be liable for a fine of $4,350.90 USD in accordance with international law.

6. No Key Sharing or Unauthorized Reselling

• 6.1. Key sharing, unauthorized reselling, or giving access to others is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing with friends, reselling your key, or giving away a key you no longer want.
• 6.2. If we detect or suspect you of sharing, reselling, or giving away your key, we reserve the right to immediately delete the key and blacklist you from our services without warning.
• 6.3. We have full authority to determine what constitutes key sharing, and our decision is final.

7. Termination of Service

• 7.1. We reserve the right to terminate or revoke access to any product or service at our discretion, including but not limited to:
• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Unauthorized distribution or use.
• 7.2. No refunds will be provided in the event of termination.

8. No Warranty

• 8.1. Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• 8.2. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or harm caused by the use or misuse of our products.

9. Limitation of Liability

• 9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
• 9.2. You agree that no individual, company, or organization may pursue legal action or claims against us for any reason related to our products or services.

10. Changes to the Terms of Service

• 10.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice.
• 10.2. Continued use of our products or services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

• 11.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service must be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Russian Federation.
